Hi, I'm Kyle.
I've always been drawn to the entrepreneur: the craftsman who builds a business around a craft they've mastered. I saw it first hand growing up. My grandfather was a woodworker who built his own house and ran a milk distribution business out of it. My grandmother Sally started a pie company in her basement with her sister-in-law.
There's something beautiful about watching a master of their craft share their gift with the world. My mission with Blanc Space is to help more of them do it, and make a real living from it.
I came into business through finance, then joined Skillshare in 2016 as its first growth marketing hire. Over six years we grew it from $5M to $100M ARR. Nobody had a playbook for growing a creator-driven subscription business at that scale, so we wrote one.
After Skillshare I worked directly with the people I'd been building for: designers, motion artists, illustrators and educators growing businesses around what they teach and make. I saw how much they were leaving on the table, so I built the partner I wish they'd had.
Today I'm the fractional Head of Growth for startups and early-stage companies, and the growth partner for creators who already have an audience and want a business to match.
